Shivneld's Story
Here is my class mate's myth enjoy....... His name is Shivneld.
The Great Battle of Maui
Many, many centuries ago, Maui and Tuku were playing together.
Suddenly, “There comes something, something big”, said Maui.
BOOOOOM!
Maui looked back, there was a giant made of gold. Maui stood up and started to play with Tuku.
Suddenly Maui saw something moving. “Tuku, I think I saw something move!”
“Don’t be silly, Mau” said Tuku.
“IT IS MAUI!” Maui angrily corrected him.
“What the...!” said Maui and Tuku together.
“Where has that giant gone, Tuku?” “Where did you hide it?” Maui asked .
“Dont you dare blame that on me because I...” Tuku could not finish.
PEEP!!
The missing giant shot a piece of gold from his hand at Maui and Tuku.
“Maui what did yo...BOOM!” Went the piece of gold as it hit the ground, close to where they were standing.
“Whoa...ouch...ummm...rough landing” said Tuku.
“What on earth was that”, said Tuku.
Then they saw that the giant was standing right in front of them. “Hey Tuku wasn’t that giant over there?” asked Maui.
“Whoooa, that giant can move” Tuku and Maui said together.
“Yes, I am Grome” shouted the giant “and I am here to destroy the world, including all the humans.” Then the giant kicked Tuku on his stomach.
Grome’s toes were much, much bigger than Tuku, so he went flying all around the world 3 times and smashed back exactly where he got kicked. Then Maui changed into a kiwi and ran to his mum.
Maui told his mum everything that happened. However because Maui was a trickster, he told the opposite of what happened. Then Maui’s mother realised that Maui was lying to her, so she went to see the Tuku’s mother Atitiroa, the goddess of the wind. Maui’s mother used her great powers to call Titiroa.
Whoosh!!!
“WHO DARES TO DEFY THE GODDESS OF WIND, ATITAROA” She yelled.
Then Maui’s mother told Atitiroa that Grome has returned and defeated her son. “Your son is in great danger, help me defeat Grome once again”.
”He can’t come back, I defeated him with my great powers, so I couldn't defeat now because I’m only the godess of wind not the godess of the elements , but when we first fought Grome there was only me and you. Now we can have four people, Atitaroa, Maui, Tuku and me and my son. Maui has something even you don’t have...Magic. Please help us Atitaroa ,Grome has an extra life unlike us humans, so all we need to do is to defeat him once more, or else our land will be doomed and if you do Grome will be ridden from our land.”
“ Yes I will but we must leave now other wise my time and powers will be over.”
As Atitaroa and Maui’s Mum were finding an agreement Maui and Tuku were fighting hard against Groom , but they were tiring and were hurt, they needed backup and help.
Suddenly a huge burst of wind hit Groom and Groom finally fell.
